IF POSSIBLE, ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION. ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED. RETURNING ITEMS WILL BE UPON YOUR COST.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL RE-SHIPMENT FEES FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE SENT BACK TO US. WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT IF PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OF DAMAGE IS SUBMITTED TO HAUS OF DREAMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
